Drinking tea has a positive contribution to brain structure

Spanish Newspaper El Periódico has published an article today about tea benefits referencing a study from the National University of Singapore published in Aging magazine.

Under the original title “Drinking tea usually modulates brain efficiency: evidence of the evaluation of brain connectivity” shows the results of a study dedicated to analyze, based on field work on a group of people, the role of tea consumption in the organization of the brain. The results showed that drinking tea has a positive contribution to brain structure and suggests a protective effect on age-related decline in brain organisation.
