Why the fat burning action of red Puerh tea

Puerh tea, also called red tea in Europe, has always been associated with weight loss, and has been called “fat-burner”.

The scientific journal Molecules went a step further, publishing a study by the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, which studies the action of Puerh tea at the molecular level.

Specifically, RNA sequencing studies (RNA-Seq) are carried out at the molecular level, reaching the conclusion that Pu-erh tea reduces fat accumulation, through a series of reactions.

Again, a half surprise, due to the fact that good habits, such as drinking Puerh tea, are more preventive than reactive, and in this case demonstrated even at the molecular level.
