In today’s Tea Time we commit an “heresy” for the purists. We take it to the limits with some soluble tea varieties with different flavors added, available at our shop. In particular they are Ginger and Orange, Turkish apple, Sage and Honey and Grenade.

In the case of these soluble varieties, can be made either with hot or cold water or at room temperature. A real advantage to enjoy them anywhere. Preparing cold, they are a good substitute for any carbonated soda of industrial type.

The method of preparation is very simple. A tablespoon of soluble, add water, stir and leave for a while in the fridge with a couple of ice cubes.

Well, we start testing the Turkish Apple. Nice acid touches flavored. With a pale white color, it leaves a lingering taste in the mouth.

In contrast, Grenade it is softer. Mild flavor, is a very nice drink. Reddish color, vermouth type.

Ginger and Orange is very refreshing. A very balanced flavor that leaves a smooth taste in the mouth. The color obviously is orange.

And finally the Sage & Honey, the sweetest of all, but without being cloying. Denser in flavor and very nice. The color of this variety is pale amber.

In short, a different choice to surprise ourselves or our guests. Do not forget it dos contain tea, so we recommend taking at noon, to whet your appetite or for a pleasant time after lunch, either alone or in company.
