Hello. Today we enjoy a cool Matcha latte tea recipe in our session.

This is a very simple and quick recipe to prepare, and the trick is to use a cocktail shaker. We start by adding cold milk, and then a spoonful of Matcha tea.

The next step once the shaker is closed is to shake it vigorously for about 30 seconds.

And initially, all we would need to do was add it to the glass and we would already have our Matcha latte.

This time we add whipped cream, as well as a little Matcha tea sprinkled on top, and now we have it ready, very fresh and decorated.

The cream with the tea on top is a real pleasure for the palate, and the best prelude to the matcha latte. The flavor is creamy, dense and very tasty. great!! Prepared in this way, it serves both as a dessert and as a snack.

A variant of this recipe would be to do without the cream and replace the milk with your favorite vegetable drink (oats, soy, rice). Of course, the shaker is non-negotiable and irreplaceable in this recipe.
