We continue with cold tea recipes, after the ones published before. This time we continue with White tea, but we changed the fruit, in this case watermelon, and added some sweet, natural honey.

Ingredients

White Tea
Three cuts of watermelon
Honey
Ice

Preparation

Let’s start by preparing a liter of White tea, which we will infuse in a jar with four tablespoons. In this case we have selected a soft tea, such as Bai Mu Dan, although other varieties such as Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Pine Needles) would be a nice choice too, for example.

Prepare the watermelon by removing the seeds. We cut it to dice, and beat it together with the White tea, leaving a few pieces for later.

Add the honey, to the taste, although it does not need much either, and we just beat everything before letting it cool down at the fridge, adding the watermelon slices we just saved before.

Finally we can put ice to serve it, either chopped or diced, to have a very refreshing White tea with watermelon and honey. Fresh and tasty !!
