We continue with more cold tea recipes for the summer. After green tea with melon and Cold Russian (black tea with mint), today we enjoy a very typical recipe of red tea with citrus.

Ingredients
Pu erh red tea
Lemon
Orange
Crushed ice

Preparation
This recipe is very simple, but really effective as far as a refreshing and as a remedy to quench thirst is concerned.

We start infusing red tea pu erh, with the measure one liter for four tablespoons. A standard red puerh tea, or its royal version (Gongting Pu erh), are more than valid options.

We cut in half lemon and half, in equal parts, or to the taste according to which flavor you prefer. Add the cut fruits and let cool in the fridge.

When serving, put crushed ice in a glass and add the tea and a slice, or lemon and orange, as a decoration. And we have it !!

The Pu erh red tea is very well cured with citrus, and cold is really good, while retaining all its properties.
